The questions merchants actually ask
Do I need a company or a merchant account?
No. Payments go to a wallet number you already own — personal, agent or merchant. ZeroPay BD never holds your money, so there is nothing to underwrite.
Why does it need my phone?
Only your handset receives the wallet's confirmation SMS, and that message is the proof a payment happened. The app forwards those and ignores everything else on the device.
What if my phone is off?
Messages queue on the handset and send when it reconnects. Your dashboard shows whether the device is online, so a flat battery is visible to you before a customer complains.
What does the app read?
Incoming messages from the wallet senders your dashboard lists, and nothing else. It holds no permission for contacts, photos, calls or location. Privacy policy.
Can a customer get a refund?
From you, not from us — the money went to your wallet and never passed through ours. Refund policy.
Can I change plan later?
